In every assignment I come across, I lead with vulnerability and curiosity. I stay focused on the problem and cultivate a solution-oriented approach. I have an intuitive sense for team dynamics and stay connected with team members as we navigate shared challenges and celebrate our successes.
As my first project on the team, I unified 6 disparate documentation channels into a single searchable, organized feature backlog with meaningful categorizations.
Alongside the CTO, I cultivated a Product Roadmap with long term (18 mo.) projections and short term (30 days) deliverables with budgetary estimates in anticipation of our capital campaigns.
I met weekly with the C-level team to present and evaluate business goals alongside the current state of the product. We worked together to identify upcoming customer needs and develop business objectives.
Through diligent evaluation, I led the platform to greater usability and reliability, I discovered specific areas of friction and translated those challenges into improvements that resulted in greater satisfaction and usability with our customers.
I was entrusted to create and present a product onboarding curriculum to increase expertise and develop confidence in the broader team. The curriculum included tutorials, product walkthroughs and encouraged playful use of the platform for the whole team.
After proving myself as an incredibly capable member of the company, I was asked to join the 3D technical team and successfully bridged department communication and increased team output. In addition, I improved efficiency and attention to detail across all deliverables.
As part of a small and scrappy team, I wore many hats. In addition to product management, I was the primary expert on the product. I led the production team as we hosted events on the platform and ensured that the team members are a good fit for their roles.
Leveraging deep experience with our project management tool, I worked together with the Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Events teams to simplify workflows and streamline efforts on documentation and collateral.
